We can templatize that!

Jayrus team's favorite question to ask is: How can we make this process more efficient? 

The answer could involve using automation, coming up with a new workflow, 3D modeling a jig template and bringing it to life, or all of the above. We love to problem solve - it could be due to laziness or pure efficiency. 

In a casual business discussion with FAV Guitars, we decided to put our problem solving skills to test. FAV's team told us how difficult it has been to be precise with measurements especially on custom orders and how easy life would be if it could be templatized somehow. We invented that word. 

After multiple brainstorming sessions, we came up with multiple templates for the first product - which was a Humbucker Pickup Ring. We not only created a template but also created the part to go with it and removed the guess-work altogether. 

And then we repeated it a few items with a few other items. Check out the Collab collection.

It was a great experience and we were thrilled to solve the challenge. It did take many iterations to get the product finalized but it was worth the efficiency. Our products are more than just items in store or on a website - they are a proof of concept for our methodology. Plus the satisfaction of helping other business owners is an adrenaline rush in itself. 

What's next: We continue to help businesses like FAV and are also working on our line of products which are ready to launch in December. Stay tuned.
