Jayrus Labs: Our Return & Quality Promise

At Jayrus Labs, we stand behind everything we make. Our goal is for your experience to be as smooth and satisfying as the products themselves. If something isn't quite right, we are here to help you find a smooth solution.

1. Our Return Window: We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition - unused, unmodified, and in original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Quality Guarantee): If we missed the mark and your item arrived damaged, defective, or not what you ordered - we will take full ownership. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

2. Other Returns: For returns based on personal preference (such as a change of heart or selecting the wrong size/spec), customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. which typically range from $8–$10 depending on your location.

3. How to Start a Return: To begin, simply reach out to us at support@jayruslabs.com with your order number. Once we have chatted and authorized the return, we will provide you with the necessary steps to send it back. 

Please note: To keep our systems streamlined, items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

4. Inspection & Your Refund: Once your return arrives at our location, our team will perform a quick quality inspection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven’t seen your refund after 15 business days, please reach out so we can look into it for you.

5. Special Considerations: To maintain the integrity of our inventory, we cannot accept returns on Sale items, Gift Cards, or Custom/Special-order items.

6. Exchanges: The fastest way to get exactly what you need is to return your original item for a refund and place a fresh order for the new part.
