About Jayrus Labs

A Note From The Creator

Ever since I was a kid, my world has been driven by a relentless child-like curiosity. I didn't just play with toys; I analyzed them, took them apart and (more often than not) broke them just to see how they worked inside. That habit of tearing things down eventually evolved into a passion for building unique solutions to everyday challenges.

In 2025, I left a predictable and steady corporate career to jump into the unknown. I realized there is rarely a perfect time for a "right" decision and that clarity only shows up after you take the leap. Jayrus Labs is the culmination of that leap. It is my dedicated playground to feed that lifelong curiosity and design things that spark wonder in others.

But this isn't just about my own curiosity; it's about building the future. My goal is to design products that blend into daily life, showcase mechanical principles and inspire the next generation of innovators. Our flagship mechanical kit is the perfect example. What started as a simple experiment to redesign an everyday object is now an immersive tool that helps students discover the magic of physics, kinematics, assembly and practical STEM applications.

Jayrus Labs is a reminder that we should never stop asking "How does this work?" and never stop pushing boundaries.

Primary Areas of Focus

Today, Jayrus Labs operates as an open-ended design and production lab. We are driven by a passion for solving puzzles (and having fun along the way) and we don't box ourselves into a single category. The more we can bring that unfiltered child-like thinking to a complex mechanical problem, the better.

Our work is focused across two core areas:

  • Hands-On STEM Education: We partner closely with educators, school labs and STEM organizations to develop engaging build kits. We bring engineering concepts off the whiteboard and put them directly into students' hands to spark the same passion for discovery that drove our own childhoods.
  • Precision Tooling & B2B Solutions: When we aren't making educational kits, we use our tech to make precision parts for businesses. From custom assembly jigs to specialized hardware for musicians, we build products that demand absolute dimensional accuracy and reliable execution.
