The Precision Installation System Workflow
This integrated system is a core workshop component designed to deliver shop-grade reliability. To achieve a factory-perfect installation, we recommend the following steps:
Secure Placement: Use a small piece of double-sided tape to hold the jig firmly in place once aligned.
Accurate Marking: Use an 1/8” center punch or brad point drill bit to mark the exact locations for your mounting screws.
Marking vs. Drilling: This jig is designed to mark locations only. After marking, remove the jig and ensure you use the correct drill bit size for your specific mounting screws.
Practice First: We highly recommend testing your alignment and drilling on a scrap piece of wood first.
