• Unique Textures: Available in different textures for a unique look and feel that stands out from standard factory hardware.
• Durable ABS Construction: Specifically designed for a 2-1/8” (2.125”) recess, these covers provide a professional, flush-mount finish for new builds or custom modifications.
• Proprietary Specifications: Engineered with specific dimensions optimized for modern custom builds. Please consult the technical drawing below to ensure compatibility with your layout.
• Manufacturing Characteristics: Due to our specialized fabrication process, every part features a unique finish. These subtle variations are normal and do not affect the precision fit or mechanical performance.

The Precision Installation System

While these covers work as a standalone upgrade, they are part of a specialized system designed to take the guesswork out of the workshop.

• The Screw Locator Jig (Sold Separately): Quickly and easily mark where to drill the mounting holes using a 1/8” center punch or brad point drill bit.
• Easy Template Creation: You can easily create a routing template (to be used with a flush-trim bit) with a 2-1/8” Forstner bit and a piece of MDF.

Important Notes for Success:

• Marking vs. Drilling: The jig is designed to mark locations only. Always ensure you use the correct drill bit size for your specific mounting screws after marking.
• Practice First: We highly recommend testing your layout and routing on a scrap piece of wood first.
• Pro Tip: When creating your template, ensure your MDF is thick enough for the router bit you are using to create a clean, shallow recess for the cover.

• New Builds & Replacements: These toggle cavity covers are primarily intended for new builds; please verify your instrument's dimensions against our specs to ensure a proper fit.
• Additional Options: We are constantly expanding our lineup. If these dimensions don't match your specific guitar, check our other listings or contact us to see if we have a variation that better fits your needs.
• Mounting Hardware: Mounting screws are not included. This allows you to reuse your original factory hardware or select a specific screw finish to match your build.
