These ABS Toggle Cavity Cover Screw Locators are designed to help you mark where to drill the holes for your new covers. They work especially well for new builds because they are part of a system designed by FAV Guitars and brought to life through JAYRUS Labs.
For best results, we recommend using a little bit of double-sided tape to hold the jig in place and use an 1/8” center punch or brad point drill bit to mark the locations. If you are new to building, we highly recommend testing on a scrap piece of wood first. The jig is only meant to mark the locations. To drill the holes, make sure you have the correct size drill bit for the screws you are using. These jigs are designed to have a tight fit for the most accuracy.
