The Precision Installation System

• Quickly and easily mark where to drill the mounting holes using a 1/8” center punch or brad point drill bit.
• Easy Template Creation: You can easily create a routing template (to be used with a flush-trim bit) with a 2-1/8” Forstner bit and a piece of MDF.

Important Notes for Success:

• Marking vs. Drilling: The jig is designed to mark locations only. Always ensure you use the correct drill bit size for your specific mounting screws after marking.
• Practice First: We highly recommend testing your layout and routing on a scrap piece of wood first.
• Pro Tip: When creating your template, ensure your MDF is thick enough for the router bit you are using to create a clean, shallow recess for the cover.
• Compatibility: These jigs are specifically engineered to work with our Luthier Series Toggle Cavity Covers only.
